Due to the nature of our products, and for sanitary reasons, we do not resell returned merchandise and do not offer refunds based on lack of satisfaction.
Clothing: Any clothing items that do not fit may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of delivery.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Contact customer service to obtain an RMA number for all returns.
We will email you a return slip containing your RMA number and return shipping address.
- Place defective item in original packaging.
- Print return slip and include in packaging.
Allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your replacement.
