Exchanges
We appreciate your business and want to make sure your device operates as it should. While many products are covered by extended manufacturers warranties, we guarantee all products sold on this site and will exchange any defective or damaged product within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contacting Customer Service to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Defective product(s) will be exchanged for duplicate item(s).

Due to the nature of our products, and for sanitary reasons, we do not resell returned merchandise and do not offer refunds based on lack of satisfaction.

When returning any product, please include the following information inside the return package:

  • Your full name and contact number
  • Your original order number
  • Your RMA number. You can obtain an RMA by contacting customer service.
  • Reason why you are returning the product (faulty, broken packaging etc.)
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

As a reminder, be sure to fill out any warranty card or go online to register your product with the manufacturer to take advantage of extended warranties.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds, but will exchange any defective or damaged item within 14 days of delivery.

When can I expect my replacement?
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your replacement.

Order processing & shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all our products, regardless of quantity or price, to anywhere within the continental united states.

We process and ship all orders within 3 business days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct and free of errors. Orders that have been returned because of incomplete or erroneous address information are subject to a re-shipping charge to be determined by packaging weight and carrier rates.

Tracking
You can easily keep track of your order by visiting the Track My Order page.

Simply enter the Order ID number found on your receipt, where indicated. The Order ID number was also sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Canceling/changing an order
Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible. As our system is fully automated, cancellations or changes can only be accommodated before your order has been fully processed.

We cannot cancel or make changes to your order once it has been packaged and placed on route with a shipper.

Orders can be cancelled or changed by contacting our Returns Department.
