What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping for orders over $45. Shipping costs for orders under $45 are determined by package weight, shipping method, and destination.
What shipping methods are available?
The USPS is our main shipping partner. First Class is our standard shipping method. We also provide priority and express shipping.
How long will it take to get my package?
We process and ship all orders within 3 business days. Most orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after processing. Destination and shipping method will impact delivery times.
I have nosy roommates and neighbors. Can you keep them out of my business?
Not to worry. We ship all orders in discreet packaging. Our mailing labels do not list our logo or any reference to Girlgasm.
How can I track my package?
You can easily keep track of your order by visiting the Track My Order page. Simply enter the Order ID number found on your receipt, where indicated. The Order ID number was also sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
The tracking system says my package was undeliverable, what happens next?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct and free of errors. Orders that have been returned because of incomplete or erroneous address information are subject to a re-shipping charge to be determined by packaging weight and carrier rates.
What payment methods do you accepted?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards, as well as debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos.

How do I change or cancel an order?
Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible. As our system is fully automated, cancellations or changes can only be accommodated before your order has been fully processed —typically 1 business day.
We cannot cancel or make changes to your order once it has been packaged and placed on route with a shipper.
Orders can be cancelled or changed by contacting us at Returns@Girlgasm.net. Please include your order number and items ordered.
Can I exchange an item I’ve ordered?
You can exchange an item within 14 days of purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept exchanges for items that have been opened or used.
All exchanges must be pre-authorized. Please contact Customer Care to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
As a reminder, be sure to fill out any warranty card, or go online, to register your product with the manufacturer to take advantage of extended warranties.
How can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds, but will exchange any defective or damaged item within 14 days of delivery.
When can I expect my replacement item?
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your returned package for us to process and ship your replacement.
Tracking information will be provided once your replacement item ships.
My item does not work. What do I do?
We appreciate your business and want to make sure your device operates as it should. While many products are covered by extended manufacturers’ warranties, we guarantee all products sold on our site and will exchange any defective or damaged product within 14 days of delivery.
Defective product(s) will be exchanged for duplicate item(s).
If you encounter problems with your item after our 14-day guarantee, you can contact the manufacture for any defects covered under their warranty.
